This site is designed to provide parents and professionals with information on international child abduction. P.A.R.E.N.T. was established in 1994 as a grass roots efforts. It was founded by left-bhind parent, Maureen Dabbagh, after her own daughter was abducted in 1993. Today it is the largest global advocasy network for international child abduction.
